I was seen at the Ephrata location within 48 hours of being referred which is amazing in the dental world! Dr was great and explained what we needed to do. I had the extraction done at the Lititz office and I'm pleased with my experience. Amanda was my nurse who got me all prepared for the procedure - she was awesome!! I was nervous and she talked me through everything that she was doing. I met Matt, who started my IV and seconds later it was over and Matt made sure I had the proper instructions! Very positive experience from someone who is scared to death of dentists.
Very nice staff, billing department extremely helpful with insurance process before teeth extraction. Erin and Amanda worked very nicely with my daughter to make her feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. Either Dr. Sudbrick or Dr. Vakkass are very good oral surgeons. My daughter had very little bleeding, very little swelling, was up and about literally a couple hours after surgery. Had a great experience would definitely recommend.
They are some great people. My surgery was quick. Dr. Vakkas talked to me until I passed out which helped me calm down. My nurses, Patrycja and Stephanie were amazing. They told me every little detail that going on. I was extremely nervous about the surgery and they reassured me. I would definitely recommend this place.
I had my your work done here and had a great experience. The bone procedures went well and I had dental implants placed after that. Now I can chew and smile and I have my life back. I would recommend anybody to go to this office for dental implants. Or have any kind of oral surgery done as these doctors are top in your field and were recommended by other professionals that I have gone too.
