When my initial purchase didn’t work out, Dale (the owner) was diligent and thoughtful in making sure I was satisfied and they made things right. You just don’t find this kind of thoughtful customer service anymore. I am a lifetime customer- they’ve earned my biz!

Dale and the whole staff are out of the ordinary because ya just don't find GREAT personalitys and the most OUTSTANDING customer service anywhere like this anymore. I can't thank Dale and the crew enough for being very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding!! I shopped around, priced and just could not find better prices and stock like Lancaster Co Marine. After my wife and I first visited I did not even have to think about any other options. I could go on and on..... 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!!!! Thank you so much to all at Lancaster Co Marine!!
