Initially they didn't have the specific vehicle I needed, but the Branch Rental Manager (Colin Stewart) went above and beyond to get me the right vehicle. That kind of customer service is almost non-existent these days, so it was refreshing. Thanks again!

(September 8, 2022, 3:09 pm)I had a great experience with this Enterprise location. They kept in contact with me for the reservation and drop off time. They were polite and friendly staff. When I did have an issue with the vehicle, they listened to me and they were quick to help. They corrected the issue with no cost to me. My deposit was returned in timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them. They are punctual, honest, courteous and professional.
