First I was greeted by the friendly staff. They were so helpful between scheduling appointments and insurance questions. Lisa Richardson was so understanding and efficient, you can tell she loves to help people. I highly recommend Richardson Psychiatric Associates.
I think Richardson Psych is great. I've never had a bad experience and I've been a patient for about 15 years. The staff has always acted very professional and my therapist Cathy was wonderful and helped me tremendously. I have always felt that Dr. Richardson has been very understanding.
Very nice, professional, helpful and courteous practice that has been absolutely amazing in helping me in any way they can. From the receptionists, therapists, nurse and doctor they are all the best in the business. I have and will continue to refer anyone that is serious about their mental health to this office.
