El-Canelo Mexican Restaurant

Great food and great service. They have always done a great job taking our orders and getting food out fast! I would highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already.

Since moving to the New Castle area El-Canelo has easily become our favorite restaurant. The food is delicious and service is excellent! Highly recommend!!!

Delicious food and fast service. This place is easy to miss but don't drive by! Excellent Mexican food! Ordered burrito mexicano and it was perfect! Chips and Salas provided to start. They offer margaritas and have a large parking lot. Fun decor and super nice waiter. Overall great place definitely recommend for anyone looking for some authentic food. Nothing was overly spicey or over seasoned. When I go back I'll be looking for skenthjng with a little more heat! 🔥

In town and had never been, so we stopped here for dinner. There were only a couple tables left available, they were very busy. The server grabbed our drinks (I got a peach daiquiri and it was very good), and brought out free tortilla chips and salsa while we waited for our food. The food came out quickly and hot considering the place was packed. The enchilada supreme was tasty as well as the chicken fajita. If I'm ever in town again and want Mexican food, I would go back.
