(September 29, 2021, 4:14 pm)I completely do not understand where these people went to see Dr Cole. Because at this particular office (his private office) I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. Everyone is laid back polite & efficient. I’ve never called & got an answering service. And yes the Dr is a very honest & rather blunt with the facts. Well I mean I believe he IS in his late 70’s or 80’s. He been my Dr for over 10yrs and I will be totally devastated when he retires. Now he also sees patients at Primary Health Network on Mill St & my experience there is like everyone is talking about here. Everyone is rude & they NEVER answer the phone & they never have. Anyway good day to all & May God Bless us all!!!!
