Home Instead Senior Care located in Wampum Pennsylvania has an amazing team of people that genuinely care about their employees and clients. Home Instead looks for and Hires Great People that are kind, compassionate and dependable. As a caregiver I communicate with the office staff almost daily and they provided great support when I have a question or personal emergency. I had two major Deaths in my family with in 4 months of each other and they made sure I had the time I needed with no worries even checked in to see how I was doing. Also I have some health issues and working for this company gives me the freedom to make it to my appointments because of flexible scheduling. There are not very many employers that actually care and don't view you as a number. Our Clients are very important to us we all work together to stay updated Giving our Clients and their families the services and support to make thier lives better. I am happy today because after each shift my clients are very satisfied, cheerful and looking forward to the next time I will be there. Being able to remove stress from someone's life without taking away their independence or dignity is a big deal. I am blessed to have these people in my life both my amazing clients and Coworkers.
