Gave me a few options which included buying a new one and they were not put off by the fact that I wanted to fix it for the least amount of money as possible. I would highly recommend this place

(June 19, 2018, 1:05 pm)I dropped of my grass trimmer for repair and to check if it was covered under warranty. It took a month for my trimmer to get on the bench to be look at. I called the shop and expressed some concerns regarding the communication (the lack of) and the nature of repair was done. The manager was kind enough to spend the time to walk me through the issues in details and showed me way to prevent the issue from happening. The trimmer had the difficulties starting due to ethanol in the fuel. He gave recommendations on the fuel treatment products to use. I was truly amazed by the amount of time that the shop, its staff and management team dedicate to educate its customers.
