(August 17, 2018, 11:14 am)Customer service is always number one for Lehigh Agency. This is my perspective, at least. Both of our families have always used Erie Insurance and have had wonderful experiences.
At Lehigh Agency, this notion has only been furthered. As we are not experts when it comes to the insurance field, it is always wonderful to know that we have a friend (agent - Connie Zeo) to answer our questions, especially as our family and life situations grow.

I did careful research and found Lehigh Agency to be an excellent choice. Since day one, I have worked with Connie who has been exceptional in her service, knowledge, advice, responsiveness and so on...all I could hope for in a great insurance agent. They now provide at least home, auto and umbrella insurance coverages for my needs and they are always extremely helpful and available anytime I need to make a change.
