Dr. Kaplan has treated my family for years and I can honestly say I look forward to my visits here. The entire office is very friendly and Dr. Kaplan has great taste when it comes to choosing frames. Despite having moved 40 min away I am still planning on returning
I went to Dr. Kaplan for the first time today after reading some other reviews online. There weren't many, but they were positive, so I decided to give him a shot since he was covered under my insurance. I was very happy with my visit. The staff is courteous, and Dr. Kaplan has a great personality that really lightens the mood a lot. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He even did a few additional tests (such as check my peripheral vision) which I have not had done in the ~20 years I've been receiving eye exams. I definitely will be going back there the next time I need an eye exam.
I would like to note that his website currently has him listed as being in the "Macungie Medical Center", but he's actually building 1 of the "Macungie Professional Center" in the lower level. This led to a bit of confusion for me in finding it as the "Health Center at Macungie" is in the parking lot right behind the Macungie Professional Center.
I never have to wait long, Dr Kaplan is very personable, has great taste when advising a selection of frames, they always fit properly and I can see well.
