  Anyone who is posting negative comments about the staff here need to first look inward and consider that they themselves as being the cause of any issue. This staff is by far the most proessional, polite, and customer focused group of shooting afficionados one can should expect. Recounted below is a real life recent event. . .
  
  True customer experience: I brought my wife to RHFL as a surprise, to try to break down her anxiety about being around guns. Walking in the door, she was near hyper-ventilation and giving me the death eye. My mistake for sure. I continued to lead her through the facility en route to fill out paper work. Along the way, the first employee - bob I think- saw her, recognized her fear- and calmly told her a story about his own daughter in law having the same reaction. His ease and care help calm her enough to stay and not run from the building.
  Afterwards, Dave- a range officer - spoke with her one on one and didn’t dismiss her emotions as any sort of over reaction. He was very honest with her and advised what she was feeling was common and she should feel no pressure. It was all her decision and his information and practical approach was egoless, empathetic and made her feel “felt.”
  
  He managed to get her to enter the firing line and at least experience the lanes without anyone in the room. While he was working to assuage her fear, two other men were giving me great practical information as I asked questions about glock and sig sauer pistols.
  
  Super friendly. Super professional. Super supportive. I highly recommend this business thanks to their high standard of customer service- especially when it comes to first time or apprehensive shooters.

  Great place to go to make sure you're on target. Only wish they would have been more up front about the need for you to buy their ammo for their rental guns before you rent one (you can use your own in your own firearms). Had to spend more than I planned but had an overall good experience.

  Friendly staff with a focus on safety. Wide section of rentals if you are interested. Fair priced ball ammo.

  Wonderful establishment! I took my mom there for her birthday, and we had a great time. The whole staff was friendly and professional. There are two rooms of lanes, each with their own range marshal. In my experience, our marshal was friendly, attentive, but generally just observing. If somebody was making mistakes, he corrected it in a friendly way.
  
  The shop was great, and larger than I expected. They have a whole section dedicated to AR-15's, which I wish I knew about before starting my last build. I ended up grabbing a few magazines and a new rifle bag while I was in. The shop staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
  
  To generalize, the prices are a bit high on some items and fair on others. Nothing too crazy one way or the other. It feels like the type of place that you may be paying for the experience, which I find to be fair. I don't mind paying a few extra dollars to interact with a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
