The best! I’ve been with the owner, Susan for at least 10 years and I look forward to every session! Each time I leave the studio I feel stronger, taller and more flexible. Susan is not only a pilates instructor, but also an Occupational Therapist so she really understands the body and knows how to work with each person and any specific issues they may have.
Michelle is also great - have worked with her many times throughout the years.
Don’t know what I would do without Pilates if the Lehigh Valley ... Highly recommend!
Owner Susan Munshower and her fellow trainer, Michelle are absolutely incredible. I have been taking private training Pilates Reformer and equipment "lessons" since February. Not only has I helped with posture and muscle development; it has greatly improved my balance and self confidence. They are both tough trainers!! Lots of fun though. I never thought I could do what they thought I could. I am forever grateful and my sessions are the best part of my week.
