Dave diagnosed and repaired my 8 year old Maytag front loader washing machine quite well. A part needed replacing and, while it was cumbersome to achieve due to space limitations in my installation, he kept plugging at it until it was completed. All is back to normal thanks to his fine service.
I FOUND THEIR SERVICE TO BE OUTSTANDING, FAST, COURTEOUS, AND VERY REASONABLE RATES. WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A SIDE BY SIDE FOR 9 MONTHS, HAD ANOTHER SERVICE IN 4 TIMES, PARTS REPLACED TWICE AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK. CALLED DAVID, APPT. IN 2 DAYS, HE RECHARGED MY SYSTEM, CLEANED AND VACUMNED THE UNIT AND FLOOR AND TOLD ME TO WAIT A FEW HOURS TO LET SYSTEM EQUALIZE, REFRIGERATOR WAS RUNNING TOO COLD, DAVID RETURNED, TOOK CONTROLS APART, FOUND OLD PART LEFT IN BY OTHER SERVICE AND NEW PART PUT IN WRONG. FIXED EVERYTHING PROPERLY, CLEANED UP WORK AREA SPOTLESS, WOULD HAVE THEM BACK IN A HEARTBEAT IF NEEDED. REMEMBER A SERVICE TECH IS THERE TO WORK, PAY ATTENTION TO WIRES. ETC., AND NOT THERE TO CHITCHAT. ALSO PLEASE ALWAYS GIVE THESE PEOPLE A POSITIVE WRITE UP FOR GOOD SERVICE SO THAT OTHERS CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE IN USING THEIR SERVICE.
