The service on my vehicle was good. The fit my car in in an emergency. Unfortunately, I left a tablet there and the fact that I live 3 hrs away from the shop made it difficult to go back to get it. We ask if they could send it C.O.D. to us and was told they absolutely could not do it. We even offered to give them our charge card to insure it and they still refused. That's not good customer service.
I had a puncture in my rear, driver's side tire. I went to my dealership and they were beyond booked and couldn't help me without an appointment. The sent me to Firestone. I came in, after 5pm, without and an appointment and explained my issue and they got me right in! Fixed my tire and at a reasonable price, and sent me on my way!! Thanks to Firestone, I am able to make it to work tomorrow instead of sitting at the dealership waiting for my tire to be repaired and probably being overcharged! Thank-you so much to all of the staff that helped me today! You will never know just how much I appreciate what you have done for me!
