I spent ten minutes in this shop and recommend it wholeheartedly. My car was having issues shifting at highway speeds. I was in town from out of state for the holidays. Went to Michael, got it diagnosed (power control module), and he said I should be fine to drive it back to VA and get it dealt with there. Didn't charge a cent, and even said very clearly that my transmission was fine and a fluid flush wouldn't help me. Based on that visit alone, I trust this mechanic.

I stopped here with my 05 Dodge Ram there was a red light on on dash. The tow haul and trans temp light was coming on. I knew my battery cables needed changing. They are courteous and very nice. I called them they told me to bring truck over - put my truck on analyzer n/c. It said ecm- not getting right voltage. They seem to be very honest. He could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference. My mother's transmission went in her honda civic they replaced it. No issues or problems. She said she would return.
