Vic is awesome he is simply the best. He took as much Time as needed to show any house I wanted to view and pointed out the pros and cons of every place. My family and I went through the home buying process with Kathy Lutsky from Action Real Estate recently, and we couldn't be happier with how it all went! Kathy was always honest and on top of everything with e-mail responses and getting us information/tours for houses we found on-line or that she found for us based on what we told her we wanted. Once we found a house we were set on, I was even more impressed by how helpful she was during the closing process, keeping very close contact with me to make sure that I wasn't going to mess up on any deadlines (I didn't know there was so much detail that went into a closing!) We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Kathy and Action Real Estate to anybody looking for a home in the area.
I recently purchased a house through Action Real Estate. My real estate agent was great. He kept on top of everything that needed to be done and made the purchase of the house smooth. This was the first time I bought a house and would never buy a house with any one else after this great experience. What I found the most impressive is that the real estate agent really cared about finding the best house for me. He made sure to point out things with houses that I wouldn't have recognized as a first time buyer (he pointed out negative and positive). I love the values this company and their representatives have.
I spoke to every company in town before I made my decision to sell my home. I felt Action Real Estate was the best choice. I was not disappointed. Kathy Lutsky was up front and honest with me. I appreciate that! I was stubborn and thought my home should be priced higher than her estimate so she was very agreeable and went with my pricing. She marketed it aggressively and even had an open house at my urging. She was right, not one person showed.(She didn't say that exactly but it was a fact) She was also right about the price! It sold for exactly what she said in our fist meeting. She was always available, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly experienced. When my home sold she listened to what I wanted and found me my next home on the first try. I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Kathy Lutsky and the whole Action Realty Team! Thanks.
We had an EXCELLENT experience with Vic and Action Real Estate.
