  Excellent ???? service no problem with ace technians that know there jobs and what has to be done.. service counter worker Gary.. great fast service makes it happen..no beating around the bush..good guy..

  I reached out to WVM to look at an RF. Sheldon Owens reached out to me, being helpful to give me OTD numbers through email. However, the subject was a bit rude "I CAN NOT HELP YOU IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS". First off, I have been responding to emails no problem. Second, I cannot take personal calls at work. ... We all work. That's an unreasonable expectation to have.
  
  So, he handed me over to Rob Yeninas. This is when things got better. He was responsive via text and was able to give me firm numbers. He put me on speakerphone with Matt (F&I). Typically when a salesman and finance manager are involved, the pressure increases. Not at all here!
  
  They were very matter of fact and light hearted. We had zero hesitation to finally drive in 60 miles and close the deal. When we got there, the car was parked and ready for us to test drive. We did that for about 10 minutes (they gave us the freedom to do this alone). Came back, and finalized the paperwork with the exact same numbers as over the phone...and out the door. Zero games.
  
  Great experience and great price! Other than the initial BDC process...

  Forgot to include... We found a slight scratch on the paint, extremely minor. They threw in a paint pen for free, and we didn't have to ask.

  This was truly my first time getting a brand new car. Wyoming Valley Motors was an incredible buying experience. Salesman Rob reallly went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Matt in the finance department was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. They treat you like family and I would absolutely go back!
