Literal lifesavers! I'm from out of state and was in Pennsylvania for a camping trip with my family when I noticed a screw on one of the arms of my glasses was coming out. My eyesight is super bad without my glasses so this was a bit of an emergency. We tried for an hour to fix it ourselves before we looked up the nearest optometrist and found Wise. The staff was super nice, caring, and were able to fix the screw and spring in my glasses without an appointment for only $5. Absolutely amazing.

I only went there to get new glasses as I already had the exam and prescription from my ophthalmologist after cataract removal. The staff were very friendly. Casey did a great job of helping me to choose frames that were right for me and that I liked. She also gave me good advice on no-line bifocals, which I never had before, and I love them! First time ever I do not need to use two different pairs of glasses between computer and daily life. Went back yesterday for a couple minor adjustments and they fixed them up right away and perfectly. She even fixed the one arm that was extra loose on folding and I had forgotten to mention about it while I was there. Found that out after I was home. A big thank you to everyone at Wise Optical Center from me!

I am so happy with this place! We just found out my daughter needs glasses and we came in for an exam. She was terrified, only because she had a recent experience at the dentist and seeing the equipment scared her. They worked with her wonderfully, let her sit on my lap the whole time. When we went back to order her frames, they were sooo sweet! We came in and they immediately said they had got 2 more frames in that would fit my daughters face better, and said they immediately thought of her when they came in! They were perfect for her. Would recommend to anyone but especially small children, they did wonderful!

My family have been patients here for about 4-5yrs & I cant speak highly enough about the office! Our annual check-ups are easy & straightforward & all emergencies have been handled with kindness & patience. He takes plenty of time answering questions & explaining the treatment. I got contacts for the first time & had a problem with dry eyes. They spent MONTHS trying different solutions & treatments and were so patient with me. They were even very kind when I didnt end up buying my glasses from them, but rather online. They even custom fitted them- even though I bought them elsewhere! Lovely people!
A few years ago I had an issue with a front office staff & I was upset enough to raise my complaint with a different staff member. I had no idea what to expect- if anything- but within 24hrs the main Dr reached out to me PERSONALLY & apologized. He let me know he was dealing with the problem & assured me I wouldn't have to deal with that person again. He left me with his cell number & encouraged me to reach out if I ever had another issue.
I wouldnt trust any other office to handle my families needs.

My entire family has been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful. They always give you a few days supply of contacts of your new prescription until your order is delivered. They make sure you get the best deal possible. You’ll get candid advice when picking out a new pair of glasses. Great people, great products, great place!
