When I tell you that this company is the Best they are the best. I called Coppola Hvac on January 21st at around 2:30pm and I spoke with Adam. I explained to Adam that my system was blowing cold air and did not know why. Adam asked me my location and then stated he will have a vehicle on my side of town later on that afternoon. Adam called me back less than 10 minutes later and told me he had a driver that will be pulling up shortly. Two technicians, Shawn, and I apologize for not knowing second guys name (But I do know he had the coolest heating jacket on). Came inside my home and asked what the issue was and went straight to work. Shawn explained to me step-by-step what he was doing to the unit in the basement. The other guy (with the coolest heating jacket on) went to check the outside unit. At that point they discover my compressor was no good. Shawn called Adam, to let him know the deal and Adam stated he can have the compressor for me and have it installed the next day, it was all up to me.The technicians did everything in their power to get me heat. Once I agreed to have it installed the next day. The techs saw I had a fireplace. I told them I've never used it before but they were more than willing to hook it up to get me heat. The technicians came back today January 22, with a new compressor and had me up and running in no time. They were actually at my residence installing the unit outside before I came home from work. They wanted to ensure that I had heat for when my babies came home. Shawn was even at the end of my driveway shoveling snow. He think I didnt see him but I did. (SO THANK YOU Shawn)This company had work with me and blessed me at the same time. I really wish that I can give this company more than 5 stars. Thank you to the whole team.
Adam and his team at Coppola HVAC, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were 100% professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. They diagnosed my issue quickly, got a replacement part and returned to successfully complete the repair, all while making it work with my schedule. AND the amazing bonus was the cost was beyond reasonable!
Adam is a great guy who knows what he's doing. I had 2 different, much larger operations come in to fix my kerosene fired forced air system. The flame kept shutting off and the system would just keep blowing air around trying to heat the house...when we weren't there. The one company was out 3 different times, swapping out parts and charging me each time, and never fixed the problem. Adam came out, hooked up some gadgets to the system, came back several times to check on it, even sat at the house for an afternoon waiting for the issue to present itself, and finally fixed it. We had been dealing with the issue for 2 Winters before Adam came along and figured it out. He's a good dude. We've found our HVAC guy. Thanks, Adam!
