Mike and Kyle identified the problem quickly and a few hours later I had a new pump and all was good. They worked in the freezing cold and made sure to do a great job. I can not say enough positive things about the awesome service.

The latest call involved brown well water that had been getting worse with time. Pocono Well & Pump quickly installed a whole-house water filter at a very fair price and our system is better than new. Trust these guys - they are honest.

My pressure tank tanked on me and they had me back by lunch . Price was lower then other companies I called despite being the only people willing to show up next morning. A+ service.

(November 26, 2018, 11:13 am)We recently moved in to our new house and called PWP to come and inspect our water system. Mike and Kyle are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to fix the neutralizer and made it sure it functioned properly. They also pointed out a few upgrades and recommendations to the system for later time. I will actually be calling today to make an appointment to make those changes. Great company, Great service. Look forward to working with the company for years to come.
