As a resident from an area of Canada that does not yet offer in-province tick testing, I am particularly grateful. The process for having a tick tested was easy from start to finish. And from the moment the lab received the specimen there was regular communication re: testing process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reassurance/ peace of mind.
