Dr Allison Froehich is one of the best Doctors i have every met. She help to save my life, when i was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. To day i doing fine by the grace of God. Thank God for Dr Froehlich and her team when she was in New Jersey .
I'm a medically challenging endo case and I was so impressed with the interest and dedication Dr. Piatok took in my care. The nurses and scheduling staff were wonderful. Wait time in office is minimal. About 2 months to get an appt which is typical in the industry as well. I've seen much longer wait for an appt for other endos for up to 6 months or longer so this is great! I'm keeping him. ☺
My gynecologist advised me to see Dr. Froehlich when I started to very bizarrely get this milky fluid coming out of my breasts ((without being pregnant)). It was really embarrassing because I had shirts and bras get unexpectedly stained. As it turned out, there was a hormone called Prolactin that was too high in my body, and it was coming from the pituitary gland in my brain. She placed me on a medication that helps decrease prolactin. It was a very scary diagnosis, as I was 100% healthy prior to this diagnosis. She carefully walked me through every step of the process. She did type on the computer during my office visits, but I never viewed it as a problem. She always made sure to keep eye contact, even while typing, which is simply impressive! Aside from being a great doctor, she struck me as a very organized, time-efficient person.
I saw Dr. Froehlich for help with my diabetes. I was taking medications that I felt were zapping my energy and making me gain weight. She educated me about other treatment options and helped me to decide what would be best for me. She stopped some of the meds that were (unknowingly) causing my symptoms. It has only been 3 months, but I have felt so much better. Also, I was originally unsure about taking a weight loss medication, but she reassured me that it was “just a tool” and could always be stopped down-the-road. She educated me about the importance of staying within a specific calorie limit and had me meet with her nutritionist, which I found very helpful. I have lost a little more than 12 pounds and feel my energy coming back. I still have a ways to go with my weight, but I cannot thank her enough for getting me on the right track!
