(January 15, 2019, 6:47 pm)I ordered a Laura doll from the Queen's Treasures (online) for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened it Christmas morning there was a problem with the nightcap. That afternoon I had a moment so I dropped a quick email about the torn piece. My email was answered that same evening AND my daughter received a replacement cap on Friday of the same week. That's what I call amazing customer service! The doll is beautiful too & my daughter LOVES it. Very happy and will def recommend them and shop with them in the future.
