  On December 26, 2018 my Mom, Sister, and I went to Perkins for dinner. There hardly no lines or weight at all. But unfortunately there was no one seating us until about 5 to about 15 minutes to be seated. When we did get seated, we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. When our waitress took our order, she was extremely nice and she had a great sense of humor. The food was very good, but they did not have anything I wanted on the menu due to it being pretty busy. When we left, we were greeted with respect and like we were like family.

  Always the best place to go for a large variety of desserts. We also went there this past weekend as a family and the server was exceptional. He got every single item correct that we asked for and even brought my granddaughter extra lemons for her drink. we had a baby with us and they offered us a choice of a booster seat or high chair but she prefer to get down and peek into the kitchen which they found humorous and not a hinder. Highly recommend

  I visited several Perkins eateries in the Pocono region East Stroudsburg and Mount Pocono among them. I'm really disappointed with the food. Quality and presentation are great! For the most part the staff are upbeat and accommodating. Look forward to the pleasant engagement of the trained staff. As in any business once in a blue moon you get a waitress that is not the most friendly or has to work at hospitality and that this particular location there seems to be an underlying issue with at least two. I'm sure after reviewing this review the management team may be inclined to take closer observation in reviewing their staffs interaction with the customer as this particular location is just off a major highway and accessible to a diverse clientele. All staff must be trained ready willing unexpected to meet the needs of that diverse clientele without exhibiting any behavioral apprehension towards providing what park it's customers have come to know as great service!

  Perkins is always a good place for breakfast. This was no exception. Waitress was very friendly and polite. Our food came quickly and was well prepared. I ordered the harvest omelette, with fruit. The omelette was very tasty, chock-full of veggies. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they used sausage patties in the omelette instead of cut-up sausages (just a preference of mine). The fruit was actually firm and sweet, tasted very fresh. Overall a great experience for the family.

  Perkins as they come are universally a safe bet when finding a down to earth place to eat. Despite being a franchise, Perkins has been able to glitch the system by bringing character to their restaurants that truly are all virtually the same. In most situation the character is the employees and whether they enjoy or disapprove of their work environment. However this Perkins chances that notion in appearance alone, at least to me. This is the first Perkins that no longer can be called a Dinner, it to big, it abnormally large. The size comes from its location. It is right off of Interstate-80, and they have a rather large parking area as well. I can't say i would see anyone waiting for seat at this place at any reason, and with that size does comes the ability to have larger groups. The staff was very pleasant, willing to serve and jump to any conversation or question without missing a beat. I nor my train did not leave the place upset or hungry.
