After 2 months of my boys being without their car, today we finally got it back. Ive contemplated helping them fix it because it was such an expense being that the transmission went. I had much rather just get them another car and have them sell their BMW for parts. Not only did the transmission get replaced, but the front axles were replaced and the radiator holding tank was replaced too. After doing extensive research I decided to go to Pocono Transmission Center in Blakeslee. Tom (the owner) is very hands on, professional and detailed. He kept me and my sons posted on every move he made. He told us to pop into the shop in another 2 weeks, just so he can give it a look over and then come back in another month to follow.
Seeing the look on my boys face, to get their car back was priceless, not to mention I loved the hugs and kisses they gave me as well.

I was on vacation traveling back through the Pocono area. When my clutch went out. It was memorial day and every where was closed. So I towed my car to the nearest gas station got a hotel room and looked for places to work on my car. Discovered this shop the next day took it in. My car is old and kind of different so it was a day or 2 to get my parts. They immediately had my car towed to their shop and had it opened and ready to work on before the parts arrived. They kept in contact with me and honestly gave me a good price for the work done.
This is the best place to take your car or truck. The owner is a very caring and wondered person and knows what he is doing. He gets the job done right!!
