Glenside House Apartments

I recommend Glenside House (owned by Scully) to anyone looking to move into an apartment. All of the staff I come in contact with are very pleasant and professional at all times. Elisa Morris, our building manager is the best. I have been a tenant here since May 2017 and there wasn't an issue or problem that wasn't addressed or solved professionally and promptly. I personally thank the maintenance guys because there have been times when I called in the middle of the night for an issue and Warren would call me back and show up at my door. That means a lot to tenants. Also, thank you for the treats that you leave at out doors and in the laundry room for holidays and special occasions (Very Thoughtful). On an realistic level, no person or place you live is going to be perfect but when you are open to working together as a community, it creates the best living experience.

I moved in a little over a year ago, and I really enjoy living here. My immediate neighbors are lovely, the staff are friendly, responsive, and communicative, and the property is clean, well-maintained, and well-landscaped. The owners have invested in improvements in my year of living here: a very attractive outdoor grilling area, a new mail facility, and new windows are currently being installed. Hopefully we will be getting our new apartment doors soon, as the current ones are due for replacement, and allow noise from the hallway to enter the living area, and vice versa. It is not perfect (nothing is), but overall, this is a really wonderful place to live, and just a quick walk to so many things, including the Glenside train station and the shops, bars and restaurants in Downtown Glenside. There seems to be very little apartment turnover, so if you see one available and wish to live here, you should act quickly.
