I have had home, renter's, life and personal property policies in the past and I will continue to have my new home (10/2015), rental property, auto (3 vehicles), personal property and life insurance through the Weimer group. When I got married it was a piece of cake adding my new wife to the policies. I do not call or stop by often but when I do they remember me and are very pleasant when greeting me (Harleysville office). Most business is done over the phone and they provide me with emails for electronic signature if available and it is always very easy. They have many ways to help and I think I have used just about every option they offer with no problems. Most recent interaction was October 2015 for homeowner's insurance on my new home and it was done quickly and effectively. I would recommend the Weimer group to anyone.

Working with the Harleysville office is always a pleasurable experience, phone experience is always happy & positive and upon walking through the doors you're greeted with warm smiles & hello's before being directed to who you will be meeting with, etc.
