  Don’t let the lack of a “big gym” fool you!! Cal and his workouts ARE NO JOKE!! Cal worked me out for close to 16 months. When we started working together, I was a former soccer player who had clearly hung up her cleats. Cal was gentle and patient with me as I got back into the swing of things, but he did not take it easy on me. Every workout I got stronger, more confident, more like myself. Cal fixed me from the inside out. And while I haven’t been to his brick and mortar (he was previously training me 1 on 1), I know what Cal is about; I know Cal. You will not be sorry if you take 1 or 101 of his classes. He is the real deal with degrees to back it up!

  Amazing training. Love the small group. I really get the attention I need to train right. I leave dripping in sweat every time and ready to crush my day. I love the fact that it’s open early (5:30am) because I leave for work early.

  Awesome trainer! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and knows his clients. Even if you think you can’t train becaue of an ailment or injury give paragon training a try. He knows how to work around anything!
