(October 9, 2018, 10:05 am)Only lived here for a short time but have so far loved our decision to move here. The unit is beautiful and Juan, the best maintaince man, works really hard to make sure everything is beyond perfect!!! So far we really enjoy the management here and the quick and proper attention we get with any issues we have. It’s so nice have a yard and a porch to enjoy the weather and nice view! Our neighbors are so nice and the community is quiet and happy. Definitely would suggest living here- seemed a little expensive but so far it’s worth it!!

(April 12, 2018, 4:31 pm)We enjoyed living at Wynmere Chase. The location was ideal...easy access to power line trail, quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Storage space was sufficient, friendly neighbors and any maintenance requests were handled quickly (Juan was the best!) Only negative is the small bathroom with jack and jill doors.

(October 10, 2017, 2:04 pm)I have rented here for over two years, and it has been a very positive experience thus far. Our space allows for ample storage, a separate laundry room, and two adequately-sized bedrooms (I know other units also offer a fireplace). Our property manager, Laura, has handled any concerns we’ve had (which have been few, thankfully) very promptly and courteously. She is easy to get in touch and communicate with. During inclimate weather the properties are all cleared, and the landscaping is regularly tended to. It is a quiet, enjoyable neighborhood to be a part of & we enjoy living here.

(October 6, 2017, 4:23 pm)Moved in about 5 months ago, and can honestly say this is one of the best rental experiences of my life. The units themselves are well maintained, as is the grounds around them. What makes it so exceptional in my view are the neighbors - friendly, considerate and thoughtful! I have some walking challenges, and a neighbor - who I'd never met - knocked on my door to tell me that my mailbox was open - and then proceeded to walk over , collect all my mail, and deliver it to me! When I leave for work in the morning, often times I see neighbors waving and chatting with each other while they walk their dogs or go about their daily activities; I can't help but feel as though this is a movie set of a perfect suburban neighborhood ... just love it here!

(October 4, 2017, 2:41 pm)This is a great community and a good choice for suburban rental living. The apartments are well maintained and the community is lovely. It is a residential neighborhood with a lovely walking trail and lots of green space. All my neighbors are wonderful and friendly, many have been living here for several years and plan to stay. My apartment has a full size washer and dryer and nice storage space. This was a smart decision for me when i downsized. I am very happy here and would recommend Wynmere Chase to anyone!
