  This is the first time I’ve used this type of service. I admit I’ve been hesitant to use PMC. However, the scrutiny of these chain pharmacies (even the one which I’m well established and well known) becomes frustrating, disheartening and makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong by being in pain and having to manage my pain through medication. I’ve also frequently run into situations where I’ve provided a prescription up to and over a week before the fill date, and on the fill date, the pharmacy’s unable to fill the prescription at all and/or only being able to provide a partial fill resulting in my having to go back to my doctor and back to the pharmacy to have the prescription filled completely. It can be time consuming and expensive traveling back and forth, etc.
  
  Now, the good stuff - - today was the first time I used PMC and I must say that you folks provide the perfect solution to all of these problems. PMC offers a truly wonderful service.
  
  My first contact was with Susan who is exceptionally well spoken, kind and professional as well as very adept in the performance of her duties and responsibilities at PMC. Dealing with Susan took me back to the old “mom and pop” neighborhood pharmacy; you know, the one who knew your entire family by name, etc. My second contact was with Earl who, despite my calling well before business hours, literally IMMEDIATELY returned my call. He answered all of my questions in a very polite, caring and professional manner. I was likewise very impressed with him. Last, but surely not least, was Steve, the gentleman who delivered my prescriptions. Steve’s communication and timeliness were impeccable. He too was extremely pleasant, kind and professional.
  
  Now, my only comment is simply a suggestion to PMC in that they consider implementing a rewards program. For instance, the client/patient can choose a store card or prepaid visa/amex gift card for so many prescriptions filled. The mere lack of one of these programs is the ONLY reason I don’t transfer all my prescriptions (9 prescriptions & approx 20 vitamins/month). Living on a fixed income, I truly rely on and need the discounts/coupons the big chain pharmacies offer.
  
  In closing, I HIGHLY suggest PMC pharmacy!! Thanks so much Susan, Earl, Steve and PMC for your service and please keep up the great work!!

  Not only is PMC convenient - they also have the best costumer service team I have ever experienced. The ladies were so polite and stayed on top of contacting my doctor to ensure she sent my prescriptions on time. I am so grateful for their kind demeanor and professionalism.
