  They were out next day to install a new garbage disposal. Even helped us choose the right model. Kenny was quick, efficient, and clean. Platinum is the best!

  Needed a new water heater. Called on Thursday and they were out on Friday. Kenny came out and explained all my options about testing water heater, rebuilding or new one.
  I chose to replace the old one. I said when can you do it, Kenny said right now. Wow.. Most places need to order and then you take cool showers until they come back.
  Kenny was great. He explained everything to me before and after work was done. He cleaned up after he was done. He had to remove 2 doors and wood molding and replaced it all when he was finished, it all look great. Kenny was very friendly and professional. Great job and I would highly recommend Platinum.

  Great service from the technician and service manager. They explained the issues and our options clearly. Our heater went down on Sunday night and they had a new system installed by Tuesday. Really appreciate the prompt service!

  After looking these folks up and reading the reviews, I decided to have them look at a leaky water heater. They came out promptly, and gave me a free estimate. I decided to try another firm for another estimate, but they wanted to charge me $40 just for the privilege of selling me a water heater. So I went with platinum, and I am satisfied with the price and the work. Good job, fellows.
