Jason has been an amazing resource for me (and for my family). As a start, he is personable and friendly, which I value highly. Professionally, he seems to always be available and his response rate is extremely high. He made the transition from one homeowners policy to a State Farm one a painless experience. He also gave good insight on how to capture savings by consolidating our auto policies. And when searching for life insurance, there was absolutely no pressure to choose a policy level - Jason broke things down for me in understandable bites and patiently worked through multiple scenarios/budgets that I presented to him; he understood that wanting to take care of my family's future - and how to best do that budget-wise - was a big deal. I couldn't recommend Jason enough. If you're looking for a good agent, he's the guy.

Jason is a pleasure to work with! Like a good neighbor, he really is there when needed. I bought a car at 8:00 at night and he still answered the phone and directed me to get the coverage I required to drive off the lot that same night in my new wheels. On top of that, I made a mess of removing the old car, name changing etc., and not only did he spend the time to fix it, he kept me posted about the updates and the new policy numbers AND saved me more money in the process! Jason also helped me while buying my first home and made the process quick and painless, which is very much appreciated considering the stresses involved while buying a home. The only reason this review isn't a 5/5, which I'd make it a 4.9 if I could, is because my home owners insurance is slightly higher than another quote I received. However, with Jason I know I am receiving top notch service, and he was able to explain the things he covered that other companies did not, so it was worth it to pay a little bit more than dealing with another company where I'd be frustrated and constantly talking to an automated voice recording. Jason is responsive to emails, phone calls, etc. and always there to knowledgeably answer questions or concerns. The level of communication and effort is above and beyond and that is definitely an added plus when it comes to insurance. I highly recommend Jason for whatever insurance needs you may have.
