Salesperson, Cindie, very pleasant, knowledgeable. Their high-end cooking products are made in France and have great warranty. Food tastes great that I've cooked, avoid using high heat, since it heats quickly and retains heat. Store offers a minimum of 30 percent or more of normal retail.

The girls inside were very nice. I couldn't find what I wanted, but the selection is very good.

I shopped over the phone during the pandemic and the store manager, Colin was very patient and helpful. He personally checked on the availability of the products at his location and volunteered to check availability at other outlet locations to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for in the right colors and to save me time. I've never received so much attention as a customer anywhere else. Here they really care about your shopping experience, hoping that you will find exactly the things you want. This is the place to go if you want quality cookware without the highfalutin attitude. Excellent customer service. I can't wait to visit in person and go on another shopping haul after the pandemic is over.
