I had a yellow jacket issue between my front porch steps & siding. I tried 2 applications of wasp & hornet spray and it didn't phase them. I then tried 2 applications of Spectricide carpenter bee & yellow jacket foam with the straw applicator & put the straw into the crack. This didn't phase them. We had my grandson's friend sleep over & from going in & out of the front door a yellow jacket entered the house without our knowledge. WELL this friend got stung. He is fine but that prompted me to call a professional. I called TKO. From the time I called I received the best customer service!!! I spoke with Karen, she was polite, courteous & professional, at first she stated that they were booked for the day but given my situation she would contact their techs to determine if they could fit me in. Karen promptly called me back and gave me a time for the same day. The tech Zach called before my appointment and asked if he could come out earlier as he completed his other jobs ahead of time. When Zach arrived he was also courteous, polite & professional. I explained the events leading up to calling TKO & what I tried to do. Zach explained exactly what he was going to do, from the first step, to what I what I could expect to see over the coming days. Zach was great at explaining the different materials being used for treatment. While taking care of the yellow jackets Zach gave some tips to keep these invaders out of the cracks & crevices of the house. I hired TKO because of the outstanding reviews and couldn't be more pleased. Great company to deal with and I'll definitely call TKO if I ever have futures issues. Thanks to all at TKO for giving me peace of mind!

We had wasps that set up shop in the ceiling of our first floor and TKO came out within one business day of our initial request. They were extremely professional, respectful of our property, and gave us the peace of mind we needed. I am confident that they handled our wasp issue properly and we can sleep easy now knowing that we don't have to worry about any more wasps in our home. Kyle did a great job and I know who to call for all pest control issues in the future!

I have been a TKO customer for years. My first experience was when the owner came out on a Sunday and handled a nasty wasp problem. He was personable, professional, and very kind. Since then I've had them out to treat an ant problem I have every year. Every single person, from the techs to the office staff, are just as friendly, knowledgeable and professional as the owner was.
