Tower Health Urgent Care - Limerick

Well, because of the nature of my visit I was nervous to go in but verybody made me feel very comfortable and and I'm glad I know that you guys do close & have great hours of operation. I'm a veteran and the VA is very far for me to travel. Your location is convenient and to be treated well is luxury nowadays. Good work!

My first time there. Checkin was quick and easy and I was in and out in less than an hour. Amazing staff, the gentleman at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and both the nurse and PA were so pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!!!!!

Was in for a rapid COVID test prior to a planned hospital admission. Was in and out (Thursday AM) in 30 min including test wait time. Other patients were served equally quickly during the same period. Courteous staff and efficient process.

fast! People were so nice. all this was appreciated but my husband was annoyed with a semi emergency and lots of blood that insurance info held us up from being seen right away -that is just medicine in this country all facilities show that money is more important than the care. Other wise beyond that - great.

Went for a DOT physical for my daughter. Check-in was efficient and easy, but the wait time for a simple physical was over an hour. Other urgent cares have specific staff assigned to low-impact/easy in-and-out patients to keep the waiting room moving. This location should consider the same, as healthy patients waiting 60+ minutes in a waiting room with others who are sick/coughing is not ideal.
