Everyone here was extremely professional and went beyond our expectations. We told them we were preparing to trade in and they told us all the services the dealership would be looking for, without overselling anything we didn't need. For a 10 year old car, I haven't seen it sparkle like this since the day I bought it. More than confident that we have raised the trade in value. Most people consider my standards to be unnecessarily high when it comes to auto detailing, and this has led to my heart being broken many times over the years when paying for less than what I consider adequate service. This being said, I was nervous to trust my vehicle with Joe, however some great reviews on here and his prompt communications convinced me to give him a shot.
