I am a very compassionate individual, I had a loved one there for rehab, She had a diagnosis of terminal cancer, she wanted to try therapy before hospice, her experience, per my sis, was horrible, staff did not answer call lights on time, did not change sheets as needed. My sister didn't call much, and when she did, it was a long time. This was clarified by my visit, and the call light was pushed, and the staff were slow to respond, my sister voiced her concerns, that she wanted me to let the company know that they need more dependable staff!

Mom just moved into the memory care building. She has a private apartment and it is very nice. I'm also very happy with the staff overall in terms of their caring and attentiveness. They are very engaged and I can see they are very good at what they do. The memory care staff and the Community Relations Manager Jennifer have all been terrific!! Very happy we moved mom in. Great team of professionals here. The director of nursing has been here for almost 10 years and there is a culture of caring in this health care campus. The SNF has all private rooms with showers - this is fantastic! The senior living is quaint in a cottage like setting. Older property, but clean. Richmond Heights Place is a wonderful campus of care.
