  We recently had our very old gas logs replaced with a gas fireplace insert and Salter's was great to work with from start to finish. Jill was our saleswoman and was professional, knowledgeable, and PRO-ACTIVELY helpful-a customer service rarity in today's world-- helping with the Township permit, offering suggestions, and really listening to our needs and preferences. The installation team was also excellent: professional, skilled, careful, and thorough. We definitely recommend the company and the services. We love our new pireplace and have been able to use it a few evenings already. Just in time for fall and winter!

  We had our gas fireplace installed yesterday by Ed and Brian. We were impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They explained every step along the way and did a great job. They arrived on time, carefully covered up our flooring and electronics, and cleaned up at the end. In addition, they were really nice guys!! We would definitely recommend Salters!

  Over the years, I have purchased both wood burning stove inserts and gas fireplace inserts from Salter's. Earlier this week, I was in need of servicing for one of the four units that we have in our home. Once again Salter's proved themselves to be a top notch business.
  The Technician arrived early, and was efficient and extremely professional. He was informative and explained the issues with the unit very clearly.
  I was also once again pleasantly surprised at the bottom line cost for the service call and the replacement part that needed to be installed.
  The folks who own and run Salter's are a perfect example of why I avoid "big box" stores when it comes to purchasing home appliances. Salter's treats their customers like family!!!

  We were looking for something different for our great room. Working with Jill, we definitely accomplished that. She has a tremendous amount of experience in fireplaces and what goes into a successful project. Answers in hours, instead of days or weeks. Fantastic suggestions were always offered.
