I've always had a great experience @AE nothing bad to say. If they don't have the item in stores they order online.
Nice selection. Prices a bit high. Long line at check out but friendly service and helpful staff.
Always a favorite. They have the best jeans that actually last for me. They are normally pricey. But their are some good sales.
Their jeans are awesome. Way more comfortable than the typical Levi's Jeans.
In the retail world it's hard to find good customer service, let alone outstanding. Going to this store my daughter and i were treated like celebrities in a fine boutique. . . From first entry, we were greeted warmly, the staff helped us find our sizes and made suggestions. The customer service was outstanding in every way. I loved having personal service, especially while trying things on. Idk if all American Eagle stores are like this, but this one excels in every way. Amazing shopping experience, i will be back soon!
