From the second I walked in the door, I knew I had finally found what I was looking for. This studio and its owner are the epitome of positive energy! Christa is intuitive, grounded, observant and encouraging. She coaches you in an astute and personal way, and her warmth and energy draw you in and lead you through a relaxing, yet energizing practice. If you are looking for a small, personal, warm, accepting, gentle environment to explore your yoga practice, you must come experience this studio.
