  Marcus at the Norristown Mr. storage unit is very personable and explained a confusion with payment very well. He really seems to care about the customer and makes every effort to ensure that we are satisfied and well informed.

  I cancelled a storage reservation with another company and will pay more $$ because of the professionalism, the polite attentiveness, and the degree to which Marcus (the manager of this facility) and the off site reps have gone above and beyond to be helpful. I have certain limitations and needed to make sure the unit I rented was easy accessible, ground floor, and with drive up access. My options were explained to me; Marcus has had ongoing tremendous patience with all my questions, he has made himself accessible and understands that long distance moves are stressful. Marcus is an asset to this company. Putting parts of your life in storage requires a level of trust, mutual responsibility, and an understanding that effective communication is key to an ongoing business relationship. Kudos to Marcus; I look forward to saying thank you in person.
