KEN & HIS TEAM WERE FANTASTIC THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
AFTER A LONG & DIFFICULT ELDER CARE SITUATION, I INHERITED MY MOTHER'S HOUSE. I TRIED TO MAKE A GO OF IT FOR TWO YEARS BUT HER HOUSE NEEDED FAR TOO MUCH WORK TO BRING IT BACK TO TODAY'S STANDARDS. I SIMPLY DID NOT WANT TO INVEST ANY MORE TIME, ENERGY & MONEY INTO THE PROPERTY TO ATTEMPT TO SELL IT THROUGH A TRADITIONAL REALTOR.
