Sensei Keriann are not only wonderful with the children but also with the adults. I started with a self defense class and now take the karate, Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes. The Fitness / Kickboxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays will get anyone in shape. My son has grown in his class, showing more confidence and outgoingness. Thank You Extreme Karate for a wonderful experience for the whole family.
