Craig is a knowledgeable and Caring business owner who puts his customers first. If there is work that needs to be done that he can not perform, he will recommend you to someone who can. I recently had my front end of my 97 f250 completely soup-to-nuts rebuilt (ball joints, tie rods etc.) By his expert technician Zach. He originally quoted me a fair price and when I went to pick it up the price was lower due to the fact that Zach had performed the work in less time than expected, with the extra money I had left over I was able to invest in brake work on the truck. At 355,000 miles my old truck handles like it has 5,000 miles and thanks to Fletchers meticulous maintenance runs (like a top). If you are searching for a trustworthy and reliable establishment who does it all look no further.
