I started seeing Harriet around two years ago when, unexpectedly and inexplicably, walking became incredibly difficult and painful. Harriet has proven herself to be extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of things and slowly but surely, I started to see progress. Harriet is amazing, it’s my muscles that won’t relax! I’m still working my way back, but Harriet has taught me many exercises that help, and she also taught me to see the signs in my body that migraines were coming on, which helps me deal with them before they get too bad, which is HUGE for me. There is no one better out there than Harriet, if you need this type of therapy.

I came to Harriet recently for sudden onset of upper back pain. I believe I somehow pinched a nerve in my thoracic area and developed associated muscle spasms. Harriet spent a full hour using her magical hands to break up the tension giving me incredible relief. She used heat therapy, oils, trigger point and deep tissue massage. (At no point was I sent to do exercises independently as some other physical therapists will do). The entire 60 minutes was hands on. At the completion of our session, she was able to recommend at home treatment options so that I may continue to feel the benefits of her knowledge. Being pregnant and unable to take anything other than Tylenol I was in tears prior to seeing Harriet. I left her professional home office with the ability to turn my head, move my arms and to actually take a deep breath! I cannot express how grateful I am for the relief I've experienced from seeing such an experienced, compassionate and diligent provider.
