    The point is a great place to live. Our neighbors are really nice. The apartments are beautiful. The club house is fully equipped. Most of all the staff makes you feel like you are coming home unlike other apartments I have lived at. Mark who is a leasing agent was excellent! Excellent service all around.

    We moved in summer 2017. The apartments are nicely renovated. Management was helpful and accommodating to any issues, though the property was just purchased and is under new management as of summer 2018. So far so good. We love the clubhouse space, gym, and pool. Proximity to the train makes commuting easy (though the train can be noisy).

    We have experienced extremely high electricity bills ($300/month in summer for the AC) and a recurring horrible smell coming through our laundry room for the past few months. Management has tried to locate the source of the smell and fix any plumbing or venting problems, but it is still an ongoing issue.

    Unfortunately we just discovered that going month to month after your lease ends comes with a very high price tag- nearly a 25% raise in rent- and breaking the lease early is even more expensive.
