Amazing customer service. They set up my dads trilogy machine and I had questions about the machine and alarms...they use the “zoom app” that provides around the clock assistance. They also make themselves readily available via phone. Our oxygen supplier offers nothing like the support of prompt care. Not even close. So grateful that at least one thing with my dads care has been as easy as it possibly could be.
We use Prompt care for Oxygen, Pulse Ox, Suction machine, Ventilator, and supplies and must say they have gone above and beyond to supply us with of all of the equipment and supplies we need. They are always checking up on the equipment to make sure it's in the best of working condition! We even had an emergency one night when my daughters Vent stopped working and they quickly delivered a new one at 1:00 Am. Now that's great service!! We are lucky to have this company and their very caring respiratory therapists.
