  My aunt was here and just got discharged. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Stephan, Tammy, and Alfred were amazing! I got lost one day and Julie gave me a tour and walked me back to my room! I was so touched. Great jobs guy! I hope all the facilities are this wonderful - but would recommend King of Prussia to anyone ... and everyone.

  The staff has been really great, I can tell they care. The food wasn’t that bad. The therapy has been absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about how unbelievable my stay has been. If I ever need therapy again I am coming back here 100%

  A1 experience in the short term rehab at ManorCare King of Prussia. Staff was excellent with my mother who has dementia and suffered two strokes within 30 days prior her admission. My mother’s assigned nurses and CNA’s were very caring and attentive to her needs. They handled her with consistent patience even on her bad days. The Physical Therapy staff worked diligently to motivate my mother to walk and make milestones in her rehabilitation process. The food was great with alternatives if necessary. The cleanliness of her room and the short term wing was way above the rest of the facilities I toured while looking for a place for her rehab. I am forever grateful for the way my mother was treated with respect and dignity during her short stay at ManorCare King of Prussia’s rehab wing.

  This stay has been so perfect. My experience helped me get better so much faster. The room and surrounding is clean. The nurses and Aids were so helpful and accomdating. Therapist were the best. To me it is a 10star “Hotel” Thank you Manor Care.

  As a young resident my experience was wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive to the best of their ability. There’s days where it can be short staffed and I think that is where improvement can be made, but for those that are working on short staffed days, they do all they can to make sure their patients do not suffer. The facility is clean. The rooms are spacious. The beds could use some updating, but it’s nothing that would cause you not to be able to sleep. The food could be more appetizing but I know the facility is more for elderly patients so at least you are able to have outside food delivered if need be. There are routine check ins with administrative staff as well as medical so you never get the feeling of being thrown into a room and forgotten. They strive to make your experience a comfortable one. Round the clock visitation hours is a plus as well. It helps to alleviate home sickness. I’d give the facility a 8 out of 10.
