(December 1, 2018, 2:23 pm)I called that morning and told them I needed them to replace my tire. They said they were really busy, but they could fit me in at 2pm. I told them I had an urgent appointment that I had to make by 1pm. They checked their schedule and came back to say I should bring it in at noon and they'd have me out by 12:30pm. I thanked them and arrived at 12:20. They pulled my car around with my new tire and said its 12:31. I was amazed and enormously grateful. What more could anyone ask?

(December 1, 2018, 1:05 pm)I scheduled my appointment with Dawn M. who was very friendly and polite and understanding of my situation. Daniel Y, the manager, checked me in and was polite and respectful of my time . My service technician Stuart came out to explain to me exactly everything he did with the inspection as well rotated my tired for winter season.
I purchased tires at NTB and found they are NOT just a tire store. Their work labor is reasonably priced and much lower then a dealer price . My mechanic, Stuart, was polite and diligent in explaining to me the diagnosis' of my car. I have used NTB for a while now and I'm very satisfied with the service and performance of work and the non inflated prices as seen at typical dealers. Thank you for working with me and assuring my car was safe to drive. Respectfully Submitted. -

(September 19, 2018, 8:38 am)Daniel Y. assisted me with replacing my tires and alignment and I couldn’t be happier with his service. My one year old was with me and the staff were good sports about her running back and forth from the lobby to the waiting room. Daniel made sure my car was finished as soon as possible. It wasn’t the most ideal situation but I’m grateful for their patience and great service.
