  They are an awesome team. Asked what we wanted, pointed in that direction, they answered the questions and then left us to decide. THEY ARE GREAT, NOT PUSHY AT ALL. They stood away so we could talk and decide. They didn't loom over us which made us feel very comfortable. Went above and beyond to make it a pleasurable experience. We are very happy and would recommend them. ????Were up front and honest.

  No pressure sales. Very informed sales associate. Competitive pricing. Wide selection. Really liked their device that tells you what kinds of mattresses are best for you. Our sales associate, Keith, did not rush us at all. We decided to shop around. We're going to end up buying from this store and from Keith because we received the best service and the pricing was competitive. UPDATE: We went back on Black Friday and purchased our new bed from Keith. He worked with us on pricing saving us maybe $100. Nonetheless, best customer service and extremely knowledgeable!

  Thank you, Phil, for your excellent advice and superb service. I hadn't bought a new mattress in years and was quite overwhelmed by the wide selection to choose from. I am extremely happy with my new adjustable mattress set which makes it possible to adjust the bed and raise the head section to a slight angle , helping me breathe easier without needing to add layers and layers of pillows! Thank you!!!

  I’m going to start by saying I was helped by Phil . I’ve bought many things in life. Frequency breeds relationships. So I thought. I had probably 4 interactions with Phil. During these pleasantries he got to know me, as I got to know him. I had read his reviews and I’m not easily fooled. That’s the thing. He’s worthy of recognition, praise & a medal for honesty/decency- if such a thing existed. Beds are insanely expensive. I was aware and not bothered by that. We returned our bed. Phil was nicer. He wants to do right by people. The kind of man that was alive when a mans word & a handshake was enough. I went in because of his reviews and I leave there honored to have met an honest sincere individual. Speaks volumes to the company in its entirety. Thanks Phil, your approach with others is a lesson in life. Truly priceless

  It was pretty straight forward. Found a mattress in our price range we felt was reasonable. The sales person was very professional but not pushy. He did not want me to leave without buying the mattress. The ‘negotiation’ process was reasonable and the end result is we bought the mattress, mattress protector, and a new frame. We got an upgraded frame based on the sales person’s advice, again very reasonable and convincing. Could I have gotten a better deal elsewhere? Maybe, but that would have meant going to additional stores trying mattresses with no real way of knowing if it was the better deal. Hoping we keep this mattress for as long as the ten year guarantee. I would recommend a friend come here to buy a mattress.
